Pricing is transparent and fixed, so you know what coaching costs before you begin. Every new client starts with an Initial Communication Assessment. Packages bring the per-session rate down and are valid for a full year, and team training is scoped and quoted to fit your organization.

Payment & Policies
Payment is due at the time of service. I accept Zelle and credit cards, with a 3% processing fee on all card payments, and all payments are made in US dollars. A valid credit card must be kept on file for every client, and sessions and packages expire one year from the date of purchase.
Military personnel, first responders and teachers receive a 10% discount, with valid ID.
I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged at 50% of the session fee, applied to the card on file. Full details are set out in the Cancellation Policy.
