Communicate with CONCEPT

A professional speaking during a workplace meeting

Speech Dynamics Coaching rests on a simple belief: communication should be clear, confident and culturally proficient. CONCEPT is how I get clients there — seven pillars, taken in order, whose initials spell the name.

The seven pillars of CONCEPT

  • C – Clarity: Identify the target sounds that most affect whether you are understood.
  • O – Observation: Tune in to your own speech patterns and intonation.
  • N – Naturalization: Integrate the new patterns into everyday speech.
  • C – Confidence: Build composure and presence under pressure.
  • E – Expression: Refine vocabulary, phrasing, and leadership tone.
  • P – Practice: Rehearse assertiveness, concise responses, and executive presence.
  • T – Transformation: Make the improvements habitual and sustainable.

Why the framework matters

Most of the people I work with already speak strong English. What they want is to be understood the first time, to hold a room, and to sound like themselves while doing it. Taking the pillars in order means we build on what is already there rather than starting over — and the changes hold outside the session, not only inside it.

Whether you are preparing for a presentation, leading meetings in a second language, or simply tired of being asked to repeat yourself, the framework gives the work a shape and a place to start.

Every engagement begins with an Initial Communication Assessment. If you would rather talk it through first, get in touch.
